We can discuss priorities, existing systems, timing, and budget, then identify what needs to be clarified before defining the project. You do not need to arrive with technical answers.

Compare what is included, not just the total. Check design, content, integrations, testing, launch support, and ongoing costs, along with responsibilities and exclusions. Two quotes may describe very different products. Ask each team to explain its assumptions and how changes to the scope will be handled.
